I found this while I was at the NCHE conference and knew it would be perfect for Allison. Anytime she can draw what she is learning she greatly improves her memory of that subject. They have 4 volumes to span all of time beginning with Creation. I can't wait to post some of her finished pieces of work. These books can be seen here.

Just curious. Is your schoolroom also your dining room? I love how you have the 2 tables together. I have thought of doing this.
No, we have a separate classroom. The kids all have desks but love to move over to the table, not sure why:)
